Randy Jordan is in his second year as director of The Arlington Master Chorale. His previous appointments have been as head Choral Director at Azle High School for 7 years, and head Choral Director for Martin High School in Arlington for 23 years where he also served as Fine Arts Department chair. In addition, he has served as Choral Director at Azle Christian Church, St. Matthew United Methodist Church, and St. Barnabas United Methodist Church.

Mr. Jordan received his Bachelor of Music Education from Texas Tech University, his Master of Music Education from North Texas State University (now The University of North Texas) and his degree in Music Supervision from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has studied with Gene Kenny, Frank McKinley, Hal Gibbons, and has postgraduate studies with Kenneth Davis. His professional affiliations include Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Choral Directors Association, American Choral Directors Association, and Texas Music Adjudicators Association. He is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia music fraternity, Pi Kappa Lambda academic honors fraternity, Who’s Who of American Teachers, and Honorary Lifetime Member of the Parent Teachers Association. He and his wife, Debbie Duncan, have two altos, a tenor, and a baritone as well as two grandsons, voices yet to be determined. They reside in Arlington.
